Where to spend my ellective course ?! can you help ?

Hello all
am 5th year medical student and I have the opportunity to perform two months of elective course at any hospital i like around the world
i do speak English very well, also Arabic , but no other languages , I'd like to have one month of family medicine and another one of ER practice
where do you advise me to go ? is there any recommendations ?

I would go to a big city. You are more likely to see more things not only in the ER, but in general. I believe bigger cities deal with a lot of tougher cases, especially when it comes to the medical field.
If you were looking for somewhere to go in the U.S. I would say Chicago. If you were looking in the UK, I would say London. New York would be interesting as well. And both of these U.S. cities and London are very easy to get around in, as far as transportation goes.
