Wheres Your Favorite Camp Site??

My family and I go camping at the same place here in Arizona. We love it because the water is nice and theres lots of trees and hardly any people around. So where do you and your family like to camp? Whats so great about it?

It is just outside of Arcos de la Frontera which is a little town in southern Spain. There used to be a rock quarry there. But the U.S. made a deal with the Spanish Government to plant a small forest there as part of the deal to keep the Rota Naval Air Base. A cold crystal clear river runs through it all year and sometimes when there has been enough snow in Granada a waterfall flows too. It is a great place to go when it is over 100 degrees in Rota and you just have to find someplace cool for a couple of days.

It was. We used to go every weekend we could get away from the base and didn't have duty. So many of the other Sailors just stayed on base all the time or just went into the City Of Rota. We explored as far as we could and saw many beautiful places. I always wanted to go back to Spain to retire.
