What is your favorite dinner food?

My favorate is the food cooked by my mother too! Now i am working in another city which is far away from my mom.I have to cook by myself everyday.To be honestly, i am not good at cooking. Every night, when I finish my job and come back home, I feel very anxious as I still have to cook the dinner even I am so so so tried. At such moment,i miss my kind mother very much, and her delicious food!

I love rice and our very own adobo or pork stew.My mom and my big brother are good cook,so bad that i did not inherit the talent.But thats ok,whatever they cook they can be assured that my stomache appriciates it. Heheheheh

My mother in law makes great grilled cheeses sandwiches and meatloaf with mashed potatos. I love going to her house on the weekends because she fixes them just for my husband and I. My mom makes a great gumbo when she visits, she always makes to much so that we can freeze the left overs and have them after she has gone home. I love to make fried rice my self. And sometimes there is nothing better for dinner than breakfast complete with hashbrowns and salsa.

I love when my mom cooks fried crabs in spicy, sweet, and sour tomato sauce for me. It's very delicious :)
