You pose a question of another kind though with your post. Can I ask you, being here on earth, our gravity and atmosphere are a governor to what size we can achieve, and as well I beleive governs how intelligent we can become due to how much oxygen is available. If I how ever lived on a planet with four times the mass of Earth and 14 times the atmosphere, and I came to earth, even today I would say that earthlings are a puny retarded race. Which takes me back to around oh I don't know 5000 B.C.E., the stories of the gods, and the Annunaki/Nephilim. And the tales of the Aryan Supermen?
