intake of water

hi, at present i am drinking water more than 5 ltrs daily, really by taking water, the water goes in to our body will clean all bad things will be removed through our urine,it balance the temperature of the body. daily iam taking 6 ltrs water, 3 ltrs early in the morning and took before food in ther afternoon and befoe food in the nights, it gives good health.

hi, xarex777 thank you for the response, i am doing exercise, but only walking in the early morning in house itself, i walk 30 to 50 minutes daily, before breakfast i take 3 ltrs of water, i use to go for urine once in hour,but it is less times in summer days,because sweat the urine will go outside through our body

I agree that drinking water is very helpful in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. As a guide, the more yellow/orange your urine is, the more water you need to take. It helps flush out toxins, as you say. Of course, it also doesn't have as much calories as juices or colas and it also has minerals that our body needs too. I don't drink as much water as you do but I make it a point to drink the recommended 8 glasses a day. On a really hot day, I can drink twice that. :)
