I haven't tried it, right now we don't eat bananas because it's mosquitoes season and they seem to bite a lot more if we eat the bananas. If I hear good things about it I might try it in the Autumn

Dear Zandi I am not in favor of taking banana as a diet item. It contain too much of carbohydrates. Some of my friends who are marathon running takes them as a carbohydrate loader. It's better to have other form of fruits to enjoy the fiber or vitamins. What I suggest is to eat more of tomatoes, citrus fruits and kiwi fruits. It serves the same purpose as banana or better. Any feed backs on this comment? RSVP & ASAP. Love: Bro. Joe. GBU

Dear Mazhar You may be right. it could help to gain weight. But if you are an active person, it will help you to have more energy. But first thing first. What is your objective in gaining weight? Does it help or hinder you in your life time. Given a rational choice I would rather remain thin and don't ever think of putting weight. Does that help to clarify things more? Continue this thread if you want more advices. OK? Thanks! RSVP and ASAP.
