what is the best Guitar for Beginer,Pro and Amature guitarist

I'm wondering what type or brand of guitar for the NOOB,PRo and Godly talented guitarist and the intention is not to down grade the brand of guitar the purpose is to find the best guitar the cheapest guitar but have a best quality of sound

For noob i would suggest acoustic guitar and when you have the hang on it you can use electric... happy Mylotting.
