What thing you do while study?

Hi all, I just want to know on how you all do while studying. For me, I like to study while listening music, so I will not feel so stress. Compare than some people, they prefer to study in pleasant and silence mood. So, what you do while you study?

its depends on the subject..
if im doing math..ok for me to listen the music..
but if subject that needed to read such history..i prefer in silent mood..

LOL.. I really hate history. =P. Need to remember and read more.
Anyway, basically brain have two major side which is the left for IQ (Intelligence Quotient), and the right one for EQ (Emotional Quotient).
That's why some people do listen to the music while doing mathematics.
Include me.
Because it's about stability on my brain.
Right and left brain are working perfectly.

yeah..me too..thats why i cant listen to music while stdying history..haha..
it loses my attention..cant focus..

I study with no music and noise .
I can focus if the invironment is peaceful
and calm. I cant concentrate If there's music
I can hear I convinced with th song and not
my studies thats why I would like to study
quietly. But If no choice I will try to focus
my studies and take for granted if thats the case.
But I prefer to study on my own than many friends
with me.

Well, your style of study is same with my friend.
He prefer to study in peaceful environment and free of noise.
He always going to the library alone and don't want to be disturb.
But it's his way while studying and do the revision.
By the way, different people different style.
But, we are all in same aim and target.. to be successful in life and to get great score in examination. Isn't it? =)

listening to songs, that way it relax me and gives a bit of good atmosphere since i admit that studying is really stressful.

Absolutely, music can joy us and kept away the stress.
But depends on your song.
It's not working when you play Metal and Hardcore song.

whew.. study while watching telly? You gonna be kidding.. =D.
I cant even focus to my reading when watching television.
Really, I kept on dawdling and watch television all the time.
You must be the really focus person. =)

usually i like to watch movie or listen to the music when i am study..this works for me..but it cant work for some people..because they think this really annoyed them..they only can learn in silence...

Not even work for me for watching television while study.
But, we're in the same interest in listening to the music.
Really joy my study.
Not even annoyed me and it's kept me in excited study mood.

Me, I want quiet places to study... and I always write what I read in my notes.. because only this way I can remember the lessons..

Yes.. that is the best way.
And I'm pretty sure, most of people like to study in silent mood.
All I know, the brain will kept the memory on what we reading only for 24hours.
But, if we not recall or do study back, the memory will lost.
Sorry if I'm mistaken.
I also do the same like yours.
After reading or done my study, I always do writing back on a piece of paper to recall back what I've studied.
That is the best way to test your understanding of some topic.
