Well, I don't mess around in adult stuff, but they do something really wise and this might help you to get links - It's called ABC linking. They link to you one time from one of their high traffic sites, you link to TWO of their other sites, or back to that site and another one. You really want to only link to two OTHER sites, here's why: You might under some of the juice the site gives you just by linking back to it. You want them to pass you a lot of power on the link to your site, and you want to let their link pass back a little bit to two of their sites. Then you still have some juice, instead of giving them a free link, and a link trade. see? best of luck.
