do you use pillows , are you suffering from any problem, how's ur sleep?

i suffer from spondlysis and it is very bad situation in life. it is bad when you have a cervival becasue i cant do any work with my head up for a long time. if i need to do dusting i cant do it with my head up. it is very painful. i cant drive also in that period. my head comes in a bad situation. my shoulders also starts paining. sleeping is so difficult. i dont take any pillow also becasue of this problem. are you also suffering with such a situation. do you use any pillow while sleeping? please share.
