Do you learn something new each day? What are the most recent things?

They say a human being learns something new each and every day. Do you believe this is true? I think, from my own experience, I do believe we learn at least one new thing each day. Perhaps we just are not aware of it. What are the most recent "new" things you've learned? Today, I learned how to put together a support bracket for a tomato plant. Yesterday, I learned how to take care of and grow "Early Girl" tomatoes. Please share! Karen

I love to learn things! Even while watching TV. If I'm not Learning something I don't want to watch it. If there is no Challenge my brain feels like Chewed Gum and that's not fun. For me To day I learned about shark Behaviors on the Discovery Channel, I am also learning sign language so I try and learn Two new signs a day and use them when I talk with friends and my husband as practice. Fortunately for me, my hubby loves learning to so we are learning Sign Language together :D

Hello Wynn. That is how much I love learning, too, and I love your comparison of an idle mind to "chewed gum." You and your hubby learning sign language together is a wonderful thing! Best of all wishes to you. Karen

Hello my friend Karen ji, As a Old people , we always thought of registering our will, by dividing our assets among our three children. But yesterday only we thought, why to divide, it gives another room for them to think to remain seperated. So yesteday, new concept came that, our will be that they do whatever is the best. We would never divide our assets. May God bless You and have a great time.

Acquiring knowledge begins at birth and continues for a lifetime. Much of it is not learned in books, but through experiences in our life, through observation and interaction with others. And yes, many times what we learn can certainly be applied immediately. Thank you for responding.

I learned no matter how much you pray and how good willed you are, situations are created for higher reasons and it is not good to take on the guilt or the praise for the results.

I like that you mentioned this, Pat. I used to be so impatient for my prayers to be answered, or I would think God just didn't answer them, but with time I've learned that he does answer every prayer...just not always in my time or with the answer I expected. Karen
