What if you really cannot have pizza?

i love pizza!! I like it about any size,shape and flavor. On occasion, like where I am now, it is just not available. I have tried this. I buy some french bread, or hogie loafs. Then I cut it in half, put pizza sauce on it, add grated cheese then whatever other toppings are available. I then stick it in the microwave to melt the cheese. It's my improvised pizza! It's much better in the oven, but one is not available here right now!!
What kind of improvisions do you make to meet your pizza quota?

I like pizza very much. There are many excellent pizza shops in my City. I can also have them home delivered. I would have pizza just about every week. Hawaiian pizza is my favorite.

I have not tried Hawaiian pizza. Is Hawaiian pizza called that because pineapple is on it or is there something else uniquie about it?

If I can't have pizza then I get I'd get something along the lines of...fast food?
Bbut no matter what it is nothing beats mom's food
