do you chew you food?

When i was young i use to read it in my school books that we should chew our food for 32 times but never done this knowing the fact that this is good to digest your food..the more you chew the more it get dissolved and make you digest easily...are you the one you chew your food 32 times...i am not...

There are many microorganisms in your mouth that help you digest your food better if you chew it well. There are enzymes in the saliva too which digest the food. Cheers!!

I don't chew my food 32 times, but I do chew it well enough to make sure it's easy to swallow (I hate it when I choke and try to avoid it as often as possible). I always thought that if I actually took the time to chew it as much as they want I'd never get anything done. I would just sit there eating all day and who has time for that?

yes i chew my food but i don't chew it 32 times or anything. I'm totally fine chewing it the way i like and i don't think chewing it 32 times i going to make any difference

well, it makes difference..chewing less will not digest food.

Yes I do. I do chew them but not 32 times but yes I chew them alot. Reason behind it is that I am a slow eater. I usually take half an hour for my lunch!

I have chewed my food all the time,but never counted,mybe more than 32 times or less than 32 times.I have never had stomoch trouble.I think it is important to chew our food.But because of fast living,many people get used to eat up greedily.People should set aside some time to chew your food.It is good for your health.

I use to chew the food, to prevent indigestion,when ever you want to sleep, you will not bother that your food are not digest, especially the meat because the meat are not easily to digest in the stomach so chew it very to prevent indigestion.
