You have a nice healthy menu there. Here is what I usually take, its taotall the opposite of what you have said: Pepsi, Coke and all sorts of soft drinks, I eat a lot of noodles everyday, burgers, pizza and all sort of junk food in the market. I get lectures from my family about my eating habits but I find it hard to change as I can't eat normal food for not more then once in day.

ha ha ha ha ha lol gud to learn that you are true person by heart you write truths instead of making false claims...... hey the food you have mentioned is becoming more common and I can see most people switching to fast food from conventional food I sometimes wonder why people eat and take fast food later I find that fast food tastes better but is not good for health ..... I suggest you to take less of Junk food yes sometimes /rarely its fine but not always ....... Take Care !!! Hare Krishna Ganesh

I find that in Canada, especially the prairies, we eat a lot of carbohydrates, potatoes etc. and that is because we have a short growing season. I have been eating lots of salads, but find that is expensive in the winter months and also that when I go to the health food sites, many of the stuff recommended to give us a longer life, and get rid of cancer, strokes, diabetes, heart condition etc. only grow in the sub=tropical or tropical countries, in the tropical rain forest etc. and either we have to go to a specialty grocery store to get them, import them, or get them in pill or powdered form at a health food store. And with fruit juices, you have to watch it, because if they use corn syrup and fructose instead of unsweetened or sugar you are in trouble.

Our body is like a High Performance Formula One Car. And you will not think of filling it with anything less than a premium quality fuel. Else the performance of the high grade cannot be expected from it. Same way one should eat good, healthy food to recharge the body for high performance. Eating wrong food reduces the energy level of the body. the list given by you is suggested for all those seeking a healthy body and mind. avoid greasy food and move over to fresh healthy vegeterian food.

Hello my friend Ganesh44 Ji, Seeing after long time. Morning wals has always been good for health. But people do not find enough time due to their busy schedule whole day. let's find out from web ; http://www.buzzle.com/editorials/12-5-2004-62538.asp "There are many things in life that require one’s undivided attention, which we seem to completely ignore. A great walk in the morning is one of these. Ordinarily, in today’s hectic world, its quite possible that amidst so much that’s happening around you, making you feel that an ideal life is but a living dream, ( which may remain as one), you tend to lose out on great many things that the future holds for you. A great walk in the woods while admiring nature talks to you in many ways than one. For many of us this may be one of those things for which you either need luck or perhaps the time. And most of us believe that these are never in one’s grasp. There are many ways you could possibly benefit from an exercise as simple as morning walk. Up front, in today’s irritatingly fast world, you deprive your self of the much needed oxygen, that is anyways getting depleted with time. The earliest hours in the morning would probably give you this and the quality time to spend with the greenery around you, and observe around you things that only perhaps writers and poets around you seem to notice. The oxygen that you get earliest in the morning also gives great amount of energy especially to your joints. The movement in your legs releases the good cholesterol in your blood, opening up some of the "chakras" or channels of energy, constantly moving your joints and increasing your blood circulation in a way that can only be completed with your daily morning walk" May God bless You and have a great time.

I do agree that we should eat healthy to stay healthy. However, we also need to eat moderately and a variety of food in a day. Eating the same category of food every meal and day is not considered healthy as it may not provide all the nutrients that body needs to grow and strive.

Here in America we are killing ourselves with salt. I was recently made aware of this and have been watching the salt content of foods I eat--about the only way to get back to normal is to eat raw foods and avoid commercial products!

Fruits and vegetables are the best basics for a human diet, but don't forget your vitamin B-12, if you don't eat meat you need this in a supplement form. The human body is a factory that is meant to run on a omnivorous diet, vegetable, fruit, nuts and seeds and some meat.
