Why do people enjoy reading

I like to read to learn. I like to learn new skills in my life. I am happy when I can accomplish something new. I also read fiction stories, mysteries are OK, non fiction are good, I just don't like horrors....

I think people read for many reasons. They are trying to learn something new and need to read a text book or they may also read for fun. These days I spend my time between the computer and reading. I just finished a self-help book by Martha Beck. www.wantingtowork.today.com

Life is full if daily stresses. I love to read to take me away to another place. I can sit for an hour and it can take me away to a different world. I love to read stories that I get so caught up in I can barely put them down. I have picked up a book a time or two and not put them down for 6 hours or once in a while more. I do my reading in huge chunks.

People like to read because for different reasons. Some people are studious type, they develop a curious sense on everything. The best thing to find out is from the books. You can get the detail and description from most books. If you want to stimulate your imagination, books is the good source. Romantic, mysteries, adventures are the ones that most people pursuing to read and fantasize. There is no boundaries in books.

I like to read to gain new knowledge and also as a form of relaxation. I feel through reading, i can release myself from stress, too. My favorite reading materials are magazines, novels, science fiction, non-fiction and mystery books. Besides that, i also reads newspaper everyday. I feel my day won't be complete without doing some reading. That's why, we must encourage the younger generation to have a healthy reading habit..

I really don't know i love to read books also especially educational one. but i can't read my text book..huhu...

there are many mysteies novels in the internet. i have read many novels about that, i feel i have learnt a lot. now , i like to read real life novels. i want to be a real life person. but i always live in story.

No matter how much the Internet has entered people's lives, the pleasure of reading a book in her hand it is and will be irreplaceable. For me a book is a friend who does not betray me, me "smart"and which is meant to relax. I really think I could live without reading. In the evening, when I lie in bed next to me I read a book of which only about an hour and then I can sleep, the book brings me fulfillment, peace of mind and sometimes an escape from reality for me to load the positive energy for a new day. I'd rather read a book because it keeps me alive thirst for knowledge, help me to better understand people, to know your habits, desires, curiosities.Even if the books are sometimes heroes created personalities to the author to send us the message that it wants to be known as many of us, it is created by someone with ordinary human feelings and higher then you learn from each. By nature of the profession, which was strictly real-world events, read the rule book and therefore legal expert, when we got home I wanted to read something else, something to keep me away from what my mind preoccupied in the 8 , 10, 12 and even more hours of work, so I prefer to read historical books, love, and books on marked personalities of the world.
