When i watched the movie memento i was interested by the difference in style of movie. It tells the story in reverse and forward direction simultaneosly. I just checked the name of the director and saw christopher nolan. I havnt heard about this guy much. But thought he have got some head on his shoulder.Later when i watched prestige i became a die hard fan of this director.I have not seen such a style of narration before. His movies immerses completely into the story. He have got the ability to use technique of editing to increase the curiosity of people.Just look at memento in which he tells story in a reverse order.Hero is a short term memory loss patient. So at the beginning director shows us the last scene. So that we are also unaware of the past just as hero and as film progesses we discovers what have happened. Its amazing to watch the movie although some may disagree.Dark Knight was the last movie from Nolan. As we all know it was one of the all time box office hits. The performance of Heath Ledger was a big factor but still skills of Nolan was clearly seen in ever scene of the movie. I am eagerly waiting for some new projects from him.May God bless him to produce some magical stuffs.

If you liked Memento and Prestige, You ought to watch his other movies like Insomnia, Batman Begins, The Dark Knight , etc. All his movies have a unique screenplay and directorial touch. The Dark Knight is the second highest grosser after the Titanic. Nolan is now teaming up with Leonardo Di Caprio for his next film called Inception. It is slated to hit the theaters in 2010. Let's wait and see!

I loved all of his films that I have watched so far, Memento being my favorite, right behind are the two Batman movies, and then Insomnia and The Prestige at a tie. He's one of my favorite director, right there with Fincher and Tarantino.
