i just receive a scam text message!

uh oh...just a while ago I receive a text message from a scammer! why I said he/she is a scammer? because the message goes something like this:
"hi, i send a package for you there, there's clothes, perfumes and other stuff for all of you there including a laptop for you. I run out of load, send me Php500 so that i can call you for more details..."
tsk...tsk.. i hate people like them, why there are people like them?
how about you? have you ever experience receiving message like that?

yes i do received messages like that.one day i received a message said i was choosed as one of the winner to a game.and the reward is a cell phone of nokia.i was so happy that time.but when i think about i some second later.i find it s unbelievable.so i go to the web page he give me to see.then what happened?they ask for my name,id number,and even my bank account and password.i was very angry to find that was a scam.i hate them.
