i like both of their taste. after hearing u;r word bullseye,i have gone to my childhood days as in childhood days ,my father prepared for us twice and afterwards i didn;t tasted it.now i should make a try.thanks for u for telling about that bullseye. i make omlette more spicy and so in beaten egg i add salt, chillipowder, onion pieces, curry leaves and corriander leaves and i make omlette with it. bullseye taste also i like more.

I saw one definition, that the Bullseye is fried on one side and "left raw on the other side" - this sounds like the US equivalent of "Sunny Side Up" - I have both, (not at the same time) depending on my mood.

Hi Shyamlal, I like both. Bullseye or what we call, sunny-side-up eggs are nice with pepper and light soya sauce (salt is not good enough). So are omelettes - my favorite is with bacon bits/chopped sausages, chopped mushrooms and dried shrimps.

For me i want Omelette, because i love eggs very much and any dish with egg, because egg is high in protein and many vitamins will get to the egg.
