I don't want to grow up...

I totally agree, excpet for the playing with Barbies part. I got to play with Ninja Turtles.

i do agree with you..being grown up bring just lot of responsibility and burden that makes you feel low..i miss my childhood too badly ...days of pure enjoyment...no tension..no no misunderstanding..no custom..just a kid having a pure heart and just follow whatever my heart says.....just laying on your bed and eating snacks and watching my favorite shows was truly a relaxation for me.. yes..i don't want to grow up too....

i had the same thought long time ago. but you must face the reality not evading. you should look the bright side of being an adult.

Hi lululastrange, Being a what you are now and acting your age is not difficult, the difficult thing is acting like a child even you are not anymore. I agree with you that it is a nice and wonderful feeling being a child since you will have to play and don't pay bills but to stay in that situation I think it is not healthy. God has created us wonderfully, He had his own plan that we have to go to different stagest childhood to adulthood. God will help us in any situation or stages we will be on just pray and always keep in touch with Him. Don't worry about paying bills God will provide job for you. Paying bills is what keeps the roof over the heads of our kids and its quite rewarding to know that you can look after your kids properly! I love being an adult, you need responsibility in life. My neighbour has a foster son who refuses to grow up so he is treating him like a kid sending him 2 bed at 7 walking him to school and all that he hates but but my neighbour told him if he doesnt grow up and start acting like an adult then it will carry on. =D

you are kind of have to deal with it but dont worry, every adult have a child in them

i swear..when we were kids v wanted to grow up..but now enough of it...i want my childhood days back.........wish i had a time machine.

You know how to go back to 5! You're a genius and I'm jealous. I was so happy to be able to travel around and not have responsibilities. I even liked barbies and no one said crap about me being a boy because I was just a little kid. You are totally right that it's hard. Authority figures are even more hard. You should share your secret for going back, you've got it in my head , even if it's just for a vacation.

chilhood is very brilliant but life is only one and we have to enjoy each stage of our life..As childhood is crazy /...younghood is difficul and with responsibility..and old life is very slow..No worry each stage of life is very good never feel less for onething rather then to enjoy other thing

I could not have said it better myself! God,do I wish I were a kid all over again. My sis and her family are visiting me and she has 2 kids.My nephew is 2 and my niece is 4.I play a lot with them.I was having the discussion you posted here with her only yesterday.I was telling her how sickning,monotonous and boring life gets as an adult.A child finds the smallest of things so fascinating.They can play with paper or a magnet and be happy.Wish I could turn back time :|

me to..if i get opportunity to change my life..i will choice...went im childhood..be adults..im have a lot a commitment..maybe this is my destiny..so what should i do??..dont give up and go on waht i do right now..and i hope..i have a good future..

When I was a kid I wanted so badly to grow up at once, to be independent from my parents, to buy the things that I want .. And now that I am an adult, I want to go back to being a kid.. living on my parent's salary, just eating, sleeping and watching tv all day.
