What's wrong with mylot ?

Firstly, unless YOU comment on the responses you will not earn. We are paid for our own activity and not the activity of others. If you receive 100 responses but do not comment back your earnings will not increase. Those who post the responses will be rewarded for their own efforts. Many discussions and responses were deleted during this last week. The users however cannot help out and you should contact mmyLot using the 'contact' link at the bottom of the page if you want info regarding any deductions made to your earnings.

u better write to admin about all these things. he will definitely explain u. use the option 'contact' , at the bottom of the page. he is very much sincere to queries

I see a lot of these type of posts lately! I have no idea what's going on, though. I do know that if your friend responded with something like "I know what you mean, I feel the same way" that response wouldn't count because it contributed nothing but agreement. They are very picky here. It's like being a guest at a party where the rules aren't really clear, you're told you'll pick them up quickly only to find yourself denied at the buffet because you've violated the rules. What rules? Well, you'll find out as you hang around longer...

Oh! really? that is too much. Perhaps it was some task payment that got withdrawn or something? Well, knocking off a few cents is forgivable but dollars..? Hmm, maybe you should contact them still. Ask them what happened to your earnings, they just might have a good explanation or maybe its just a glitch. Ive had some decrease in my post count lately and Im not sure which discussions are those. Ive only been responding to those discussions that I think are 'safe' from being deleted. Anyway, I dont mind the decrease in post count as long as the earnings are untouched. I do hope that the admins have an explanation for you and I really do hope you get it back.

Wow! That's quite a big jump from $2 to 45 cents! That is worth 5 days to 1 week worth of myLotting! That's a lot of effort gone down the drain. Well i've lost as much as 12 cents before but never more than a dollar. That's just too much. I don't think that's fair at all. There could be some glitch or something. Have you tried contacting the admin? I also have my days where my earnings didn't refresh but i got used to it already. Right now, i don't think by efforts are worth what i'm earning daily compared before. I think it has something to do with the increasing myLot population where the accumulated earnings are divided.

Well, this has happened to me a long time back. I mean, just after I joined here. I responded to discussions which were sure to be deleted. So sorry, I am responding here too... Anyway, first read guidelines and faq. Don't respond to discussions that violate it. And as for the responses, you never get paid for others responses. I haven't been on in a few days so I haven't made much but I haven't seena decrease though either. I am sorry that this happened and maybe it was a glitch and it will be fixed. I am hoping that is all it was. Maybe you should contact them if you can about it.

I would write to mylot.. I had disappeared for some time due to the fact that my discussions were disappear.. I think that it was a moderator who deleted this. They have people they pay monthly to oversee the posts.. and sometimes I think some delete a little too much. Good luck in getting the money you deserve.

Last month the same thing happened with me torcha! I lost around 2 dollars without any reason! I think, mylot should be little more transparent when doing these things. Why can they intimate us with the reasons. Many times we have no clue at all!

I kinda noticed the same thing. I have been active this week but my earnings haven't changed. I hope it's just a delay.

I'm sorry to hear this happened = that's a horribly big drop at one time. I've lost a few cents here and there when a discussion was deleted but never anything like this. Have you tried asking admin about it? Possibly it was an error or 'glitch' in the system.

A while ago I think notice that my number of posts had gone down. I couldn't understand why and it took me a couple of days to get back to my number of posts that I had on the previous day. I really love My Lot and am careful not to violate the rules. I think it is strange that your earnings decreased so much. I hope you find out why. Good luck.

That is discouraging! Imagine you spent time and effort and your earnings were taken away without you even knowing why.Tsk!Tsk!Tsk! This is probably one of the reasons why many users of mylot have been losing interest with mylot. I myself has been losing interest because of lack of good topics aside from lack of time on my part. But more than this if I see my earnings being deducted then that will really make me lose interest all the more.

Hello torchablazed!!! Well I hear this kind of things again and again in the discussions. Till today, I haven't face such vast difference of loss. Only sometimes there is fluctuation of two or three cents that may increase or decrease. One primary reason for falling so much of the income can be the deletion of the whole thread you started. Mostly we keep posting more in our own thread and the thread would be of much worth. But if its got deleted then our earning are also surely gone. May be that was the case. Mylot is strict in the terms and conditions. If they find any wrong with the postings, then they surely delete them. Till now, I haven't went through this kind of situation.

This doesn't sound healthy. Why do mylot deduct hard earned money here indiscriminately? Everyone knows well it is not easy to earn mylot money and the little money we earned when taken away is unfair without any valid explanations. I can feel your disappointment as I too have encountered such experiences. Our time invested in mylotting is not worth it if we are being penalized in such a manner.

Hi torch, am not sure how myLot works all the earnings out, so really cant help you on this one..the only thing I do know is that if you have responded to a discussion and it gets deleted then you lose earnings, but guess you must know that yourself..but losing that amount of money does sound ridiculous...LoLo

Their accounting showed that five and change at the end of April, then May starts I lose three dollars. Not sure why, never got an explanation. It is a lot of work to post on this site but I do it to keep me thinking, gives me new idea and different viewpoint. However it works two ways to earn money on this site. My problem is why would you want to be someone's friend yet many of you do not respond to discussions.

Have you ever messaged them (myLot) directly to ask them yourself?

sometimes i have noticed that if i don't go on mylot for a day or two i lose money.
