Hindus have been continuously assaulted for the last twelve hundred years. Do they have a right to preserve their heritage and way of life after a partitioned independence or not? This was the question a famous and important editor of a daily has posted for the worlds third largest religion. I need to read ur opinion. All religions are welcome to comment.

Come on now, dont let anybody spoil the beauty of this religion by making such bigoted comments. Hinduism has indeed tolerated a lot after the invasion of Muslims to this subcontinent and even now, in independent India, there is very little going specifically for the Hindus...Muslims (largely) and other minorities have been used by politicians for the vote bank but that has nothing to do with Hinduism per se. The beauty of Hinduism is its resilience, simplicity, tolerance and firm belief in peace. Be sure, nothing will destroy Hinduism as it is a way of life in harmony with nature...as long as we stay firmly rooted in our beliefs and take care of all our people (and OBC quotas are not the way to take care of them), Hinduism will be alive and kicking.

I think there never be independence if there are still any kind of conditioning by traditions, religions, authorithies and a lot of more. And the point of become largest is to get more authorithy, we can't deny if everything can be used for business, including religion. That's my opinion.
