If you have an evening free, what do you like to do? I sometimes go out drinking with friends, but I prefer to do something a bit more enjoyable like going bowling or going out for a meal. Whats the fun activity that you most like to do with your friends?

I enjoy going out for a meal or doing something other than just watching a movie. I like to play games with friends, that is usually a lot of fun and a great way to get to know people even better! Sometimes I like to hike or ride bikes with friends too. There are times i do enjoy going to a movie if a freind has a mutual interest in the movie then going out afterwards to discuss it.

Great! I love going to the movies but its so expensive these days that I dont really bother too often. Doing outdoorsy things is also fun, as long as it doesnt rain (as it usually does here in England!)

Well, if there is incliment weather, is it possible there is an art show in town? They can be reasonable priced. Sometimes there are local museums that are reasonable to attend as well. These at least lend themselves to more conversation than simply sitting in a movie for a couple of hours!

Yes, I love to go bowling too, but I need to be careful with my back.
Sometimes we all go to the garden and make a barbecue party.
Some bring salad's and some bring drinks, meat, bread...
It is nicer than sitting in the Pub with such nice weather outside.

I absolutely agree! I love Barbeques! We need to tidy up our garden ready for summer and then I think we may have a few evenings with the barbeque :)

I always like watching movies. 
That's what I usually do. With my friends we just do some jamming session. You know play some music with our guitar and sing to it. It's amusing.

Me too I love watching movie specially when I am with my friends or relatives. The kind of movie that I like watching are horror movies because it freak me out and are very exciting. Also I would like to read novels if I have spare time to enrich my vocabulary so that I can pass the English exam that a company has given me :D

I enjoy going out to eat for a drink with friends, going over someones house or meeting by the pool, really anything as long as it involves friends and family.
