Its true to my knowledge as i have come across this trying to send my opt-ins as my AWeber account got stuck due to some problems. Tried to deliver my newsletter and unfortunately could send only to 500 people.

I also have Gmail account but I seldom use it. I don't know that it has like a limit like that when it comes to sending messages. Maybe they are trying to avoid spam emails thats why it was deactivated after 24 hours. I never have an experience like that.

I've never had this before, but than again I don't know 500 people. I guess this is a way to decrease spam. Did you send one message to 500 people? Or did you send separate messages and came to a total of 500 people?

I tried to send a mail to all my AWeber opt-ins as unfortunately there was some problem running in my AWeber account. I came to know this that way.

Are you sending 500 messages to 500 different people? I could see why Gmail would do this. It's to make sure no one is using Gmail to spam other people's email accounts.

Do you mean 500 messages in a day? I think I will not reach it. I still have a lot of work to do in my small business. Maybe it's their rules and can't do nothing about it.

i dont think i even know 500 people. it's more than likely just to protect against spam, and besides the average user probably wouldnt need to send 500 emails in one day.
