I know some guys who're really loyal to one coffee shop for years make it a must-do stuff on their daily agendas. Just as the cliche that you may have heard about Paul Satre and Beavoir who visited the Cafe de Flore each day. I myself prefer to check out different coffee shops each time as for me, spending time with friends in a nice coffe shop could be a very social, very cultural thing and different coffee shops mean different life style. They could be either leisure, luxurious or modern and avant-garde. But of course, I have favourite ones after comparisons. So how about you, coffee shop goers?

I usually find one that is my standard. I try to go back when I find something that works. However, there are times I need to just "get out of the norm" and try something new! Every once in awhile I find something better than what I had before! If not.. I have a good stand by!

So what do you usually include in your 'standards' that's you think gonna work? Besides the quality of coffee itself, I really care about the historical aspects of a coffee shop, as well as the decoration'cause I like to sit somewhere with pleasant context or some special views. And the desserts also matter a lot to me!

Oh yes, definetly the coffee must be good! I measure a lot by the atmosphere as well. If I can't enjoy sitting there and sipping my java, it's not worth the trip! I also enjoy the scenic -- decor!! It's important for me that it catches my eye... but is not terribly distracting, but kind of leads me on a little until I discover the full ramifications!! There is just so much to consider!!! I must think about it all over a cup of coffee!!

True. Coffee shops represent part of the city spirits. That's why I try well-known local cafes whenever I get to a new city.
