Okay, so Asa died and gave his 'fortune' to his "son" David.....http://www.mylot.com/w/discussions/1856351.aspx However, it has been revealed that David is NOT Asa's son, but Bo's... so.... who does the money go to? Clint and Bo or ......

I think it will revert back to the original way the first will was. Nora gets the house and the boys split the rest? What did he leave for the grandchildren? That is what David would end up with. I think he gave everyone shares of BE. It was so long ago that the will was read, it is hard to remember what the original terms were. They all seem happy again though.

It was just odd that they had this HUGE story line and then just let it end so abruptly and calmly. THey could have done so much more with it...I mean, have all that money and assets rolling around all over! Heck, they have the parentage of children roll around, why not millions of dollars!!!!

The will still said David but he in a very un-David move gave it back to the family which would be all the Bechanans, Clint, Bo, etc. David said Bo was just too good a guy for him to take all the money like he would have if he was Asa's son.

They did do several returns for Asa while the actor was sick. They had the big will reading at the ranch in Texas and all that. It is fitting that the character should die along with the actor in this case since no one else could have played Asa so well.

I love David's role and would have loved to have seen this play out longer. He now has a permanent role on Desperate Housewives perhaps that is why they ended this so abruptly, maybe he had to go film some of those episodes. I hope they never replace David Vickers with another actor, I think Tuc Watkins is just irreplaceable.

Wasn't he tho!!! I just really enjoyed that character! He was funny and loveable and interesting and the whole 9 yards and cute to boot!! He and Dorain just were a pair that brought comedy and entertainment to the show is just a novel way...and when he became a Buchannan...I wish they'd played that out a bit more...but keep him the way he was.. and not try to just take all he could. I have seen him on DW but don't care for that role... he is good at suttle humor and comedy it is a waste on that show!!! But maybe he will come back to OLTL some day!
