AP- Saturday, May 23, 2009 1:13pm ET. "A 6 year old boy grabbed the wheel of his families pick up truck when his father passed out from low blood sugar, keeping the vehicle from crashing until an officer could bring the vehicle to a stop, police said."
After this miracle of an experience, the father was cited for not having the 6 year old strapped into his safety seat.
I believe that boy, on that day was not suppsoed to be strapped in. If he had been strapped in, the family could have very well died out there on the highway. Some things are just meant to happen and I hope the father can get that ticket dismissed, as his son saved his life! What do you think aobut this?

Hopefully this will not be deleted, we talked about it yesterday. I think that the father should get a larger ticket for putting his child in danger. The article yesterday said he was a diabetic therefore he knew that the chances of his blood sugar dipping were high due to the fact that diabetics have to deal with this every day.
Yes the kid did the right thing, but he should not have had to because it was completely avoidable.
