How to earn with SQIP?

I have registered with this share site with the reference of one of our my Lot friends. But I don't know the exact earning procedure here in this site. It seems that we have to invest a lot in this site to earn. Have any of you registered with this site and know the earning procedure with investment and without investment?

Looks like Sqip is succeeding: They have announced to move from Seychelles to London and to start with paying dividends in summer this year. I am really curious.
