I think it is Middle Linebacker because the player at this position is essentially the Quarterback of the defense. But I could be wrong, what do you guys think?

I would think that the Running Back (offense) is the next important b/c they control the tempo of the game. For defence, I was say the outside linebacker b/c they are the ones that sac the quarterback...that's just my opinion though... GO COWBOYS!!!

I have a problem with this question - a quarterback doesn't win a superbowl all by himself. It's a team sport - therefore, all the positions are important and crucial in winning! I mean - sure a great quarterback would be required, but if the defense sucks - then that doesn't make much sense. The non-existent defense will just let the other team keep scoring!
