I have a paypal account but not verified yet because I don't have any credit card. They say that we could use debit card instead of credit card, I use my debit card and it is rejected by paypal. For your information I live at Indonesia, and my country is already in the list of paypal's service. You have any suggestion for me? Someone told me that we could use payoneer debit card. Is it true we could use payoneer, even my payoneer account have zero balance?

Payoneer is backed by master card, my local debit card also backed by master card. Why those two card rejected by paypal. I think i must go straight to the support to ask that thing. Some people said paypal accept VCC, what the hell is that, I don't even know is it free or not

try a mastercard . You`ll be accepted. but you have to put at least 2 euros on your credit card, because they will take 1,5 euros from your account and add them to your ballance on paypal. You can use thouse euros too. So, i`m pretty sure that you can so easy to verify your account. ( they will ask you a code after they will take that euro from your account. that code you can find on payment comments )

Oh I see, so paypal charge 1,5 euros to verify an account. That's way I can't use payoneer, because my account balance is zero. It means I must fill my payoneer account, I just think that paypal is free to register, but with your info I realize that paypal is not free. Hmm.. I wonder if my balance in paypal also reduced every month for paypal's administration fee, like any other bank.

i know paypal is providing assistance generously. although i am now verified because i have my credit card, i heard comments from friends that they were helped by paypal when it comes to facilitating their account verification. just consult paypal. you should try again and apply so that you will know what works. then kindly share your experience here.

I'll try to ask paypal support later. But for now, I think paypal not give any difference from verified member or not verified one. We could still accept income transfer or outcome transfer.

Only certain Indonesian bank's debit card can be use for verifying paypal. Most of the Indonesia bank disabling their debit card for online use. You said your debit card is backed by MasterCard, i guess is it a BII debit card? Correct me if wrong. You can try to verify with different debit card from different bank. You can't use your payoneer debit card if it has no fund in your payoneer's account. Good luck and have a nice day. Happy mylotting.

That make me have another question, why Indonesian bank so overprotected like that? Is it because they don't trust it or they aren't ready for global online industry? I think Indonesia would not be an advance country if many of the finance service institution following those line.
