Are you afraid to travel because of swine flu?

I am planning for traveling abroad on October. I have told my friend about my plan. She then emailed me and asked me if I will still push through with my planned travel. She told me its not good to travel with the swine flu still affecting a lot of countries. I told her, the swine flu scare might be gone already by the time october comes. How about you, are you afraid to travel because of swine flu?Should I postpone my trip?

Hopefully the swine flu will soon be controlled and on its way out. So personally if I wanted to go on a trip in October 2009 I would still book it but make sure I get excellent travel insurance. I imagine that many people will be hesitant to book their trip so there might be some bargains. Good luck.

I agree with you. Hopefully the swine flu will be controlled very soon as this has also affected a lot of countries and slowed down their economy. October is far off hopefully everything will be ok and swine flu already controlled. I never thought about the rates going down because many people are afraid to travel. I appreciate your idea. I will try to call my travel agent and ask if I could get more bargain and cheaper rates.
