For me any Bruce Springsteen song (Rosalita comes to mind) always get me smiling but he might not fit into the "too loud" category . . so taking that into consideration........... I would have to say Michael Buble's song "EVERYTHING" is a great feel good song . .how can it not be when you hear him sing ....
