Do you have a problem of having anger at once when anybody provokes you, its very bad for health, you may suffer from HIGH B.P., So relax and say what do you do when you get angry. Just have a deep breath, have a glass of cold water or else just leave the place for a cooler one. Talk to someone you love and kiss! What else?

One thing I really like about myself is the fact that I never get angry. Even if I do, I pacify myself myself asking me "What's the worst that can happen?" I talk to myself a lot to beat anger. That way, i am able to stay out of depression and concentrate on what has to come next.

I usually just walk away or stay quiet. Afterwards, when Im alone, with a friend, or just after the reason why I got angry left, then I vent out. Only sometimes though. Usually I take it out on food. It keeps me relaxed and is sort of a meditating exercise for me. Concentrating on chewing my food and savoring it. A bit of a weird habit but it kinda works for me.^_^

it might sound childish but i cry every time i'm upset. i could not hit or hurt anyone who provokes me so i cry to let my emotions out. i don't really like to talk to anyone when i'm upset because i tend to say bad words that could hurt the person when he finds out.

Hmm when i'm angry -
1. i get out of the situation t cool myself down or rather to avoid geting hurt further
2. i listen to music
3. i start biting my nails
4. snap back at people
5. yell back at the person who me angry
6. chew over about the incident to my dear one(s)
7. cry when i'm alone
8. blame myself& others for all the mess
9. may be draw something to pour out my emotions
10. slam things down
Well, now i can think of only these many.

In the past when I've gotten angry I notice that I would take it out on everyone around me--even if the person I was angry with wasn't around. Now I pray about it. I pray that God would give me the best reaction to the circumstance. Sometimes, getting angry is necessary but not if you hurt others.

hi there, well i am sure everyone have their own ways in dealing with anger. Just like everyone i too deal with anger in my own way. Basically being a musican i would actually go in and lock myself up in the room, and plug in my bass guitar and start slapping and popping on it. well i would be doing that for like one hour and before i know it what starts of to be anger would have actually gone away and i would be enjoying sweet music eventually. well i i guess thats the only thing i do at home if i get really angry, but if i am out then probably just walk away i guess, but so far i cant rememeber a time when i was angry outside.
best regards,

I'm usually laid back and relaxed, so when I get angry I do it quite well. I get ANGRY. But it takes a lot to really get me angry. Usually if I start feeling like I'm going to get angry, I remove myself from the situation and take a little while to walk and clear my mind.

How about going for a walk to cool down? I also put on the music really loud and dance around (the kids get a kick out of this) or I go downstairs and beat the crap out of the punching bag.
These all seem to be great stress relievers as well as alleviating anger.
