The problem with people joining these sites who do not understand English fully is that they don't even understand the basic rules of the site, you're supposed to be a UK resident with a UK bank account as you've already read and quoted from the FAQ section. It is supposed to be a UK site for UK members and I am glad that is the case after all the nonsense that was going on in Ciao.com with reviews written in English that did not make sense or just copied from other places. Such a shame the site closed down but it was because of people not reading the rules and making the site a laughing stock that such drastic action had to be taken...

Exactly, that answers your question! They do not pay through payment processors. They pay only through banks available in uk so international members dont have any chance of getting paid by them.
