Has anyone tried this at all it seems like a lot of people are on it but I don't know of a lot of people that have had success with it. Just wondering if anyone has lot a substancial amount of weight while on this program or could recommend some weight watching techniques. any help is appreciated, Thanks

I myself have not tried W.W, however, My friend Sara had her first baby a few months back and just started W.W. Shes followed it very strictly from what she tells me and shes noticed the lbs coming off nicely. She doesnt work out much however she does the exercise programs on t.v everynow and then. Personnally I think a change in anyones eating habits will help them lose weight, but the key to a substantial amount of weight loss is exercise! Cardio is a MUST. Even if its from a light to moderate walk everyday, you dont have to do a high intensity cardio workout EVERYday but atleast try to fit one in 2-3 times a week and I promise you, exercise alongside a healthy change in diet is a SUREFIRE way to lose the weight! Also try strength training- building lean muscle is another BIG key to losing weight. Lean muscle helps burn more calories as well as fat! Good luck with whatever you decide as means to lose weight or even just tone up!
