i'm not a very kind, nor a very religious person. i'm can even be very mean and bad but i'm pro life and i'm really against death penalty.. a person can be punished by other means. a convicted person deserved to be imprisoned or become a worker without pay of the government, be bitten up or get starve. but he has the right to live regardless of the gravity of his offense. a person should suffer the consequences of his wrong acts, may learn his lessons, change and live a decent life. and how would this become possible if he's already dead.

I use to be pro life for everything... But now that I see people that do crimes that are so horrible that its not worth talking about in this discussion... They get life in prison.. so they can have free room and board, never having to worry about keeping a roof over their heads... If they couch funny they can go see a doctor... while we the taxpayers pick up the dime... but that is not the most shocking part... now the prisons are over flowing with prisoners, and some states are allowing prisons to go free, with only doing half of their sentences... The laws are just made to be broken... In my opinon.. I do not feel its right to reward a criminal, by making sure all of their needs are taken care of... When there are people on the street each and every day in this country that never broke the law, and can not have the same treatment...

Well in some cases it might hold true that capital punishment should be avoided.......but take it this way.......there have been so many cases where a top most gangster or a terrorist has been put behind bars or say life imprisonment, these guyz have a very huge network so their associates are definitely not going to sit quite and watch their leaders being imprisoned for life.....so they hijack planes, kill innocent people and hold the government at ransom for releasing their leaders or associates......there have been cases like this in the past.......so ultimately many times the government has to give in their plea.......so i feel these kind of people should be given capital punishment.......specially if their criminal record is not worth looking at......that's my version of looking at it.......

I agree. I am Christian but even before I came to the Lord I always disagreed with it for the simple fact that to me two wrongs DO NOT make a right.
