Monitor need to get enough light, so that the radiation on the eye. Do not look to the monitor, if not necessary. If using a desktop, monitor better placed a little sideways. Do not sit too close to the monitor. Set a safe distance. Use the keyboard more than mouse, so your eyes do not always scan monitor. Do you have any other tips?

I use the LCD. Yes, I mean that. So I suggest to use the keyboard more than mouse. Because the mouse should contemplate the use of a monitor.

there are some specially designed boards that fit on your screen and block some rays, i had one for the tv when i was smaller but i'm not sure where it is now, i don't know if there are any for pc monitors but its worth checking out basically you put a thing in front of your monitor and that will absorb some rays and when you have that thing on your monitor and look at the screen, it'll be darker than what it normally is...

What kind of put it in front of the monitor? Whether lights, as I mean? If you mean the lights, you can put the lights facing to the computer, that does not dazzle you.
