oh! i'm really sorry for that. It is always good to verify the authenticity of any buyer and then start the deal. And of course no one can change the course - if something is to happen no one can change it :|

This is not about authenticity, it is about the financial institution here is fraudulent. I am not the only one and the first one got cheated in USA, the bank know counterfeit money order n cashier check scam but never want to change their flaw clearing system because counterfeit organization is able to establish banking corporation and abuse present system in USA. According to the bank manager, they have inter-bank accounting book when either bank can credit and debit the account at will, provided they come out with an excuse. In my case, the manager said the payer bank has the right to verify their cashier check is genuine and declared other wise after week or months because it is their rights i agreed upon when i open a bank account by signing all those "super tiny prints" contract paper. If i send my balance to UK after three months,a day after that; they can still freeze my account and seize my saving by claiming the cashier check is counterfeit even though they verified it is a good one. You see, different negotiable instruments here have different period of liability on the depositor , some last up to three years, either way, financial institutions here will always win because they are protected by banking law.
