How did you go about long separation? How do you keep your sanity while your husband is on deployment?

I SO far he has been deployed for 3 months and we have about 4 more to go.... My kids keep me busy thou

Thanks for the reply. Well, having kids to keep you busy do help. But it is when night comes and everything around you is silent, that gnawing pain of loneliness and anxiety crept in.

I have to stay seprate almost for 7 years. I starte denjoying my freedom by the time it ended. I usually join a job or do some course to keep busy, Last one I started was diploma in computer programming. Still have one semester to go before it ends.But now days we are togather
