At first, I'm really into Friendster almost 24/7 in a week. I enjoy browsing profiles and photos of my friends. In that way, I can connect to some of friends here and there. But then came Facebook. The site is more popular these days than Friendster. More people got locked into it because of its simplicity and the activities in it. It's no doubt that Friendster is still popular on teens but Facebook is cater to everyone including the oldies. So, which is which? Friendster? Faceboook?

I have my account on both of Friendster and Facebook. I would never thinking for comparing them both. In my opinion, both of them have their own specialty. So that's why i can enjoy my stay on both them without thinking which one is better. However they both are still improving their site so just wait and see what's next. Have a nice day and happy mylotting.

I think social networking sites like Friendster and Facebook depends on how many of your friends have accounts on a certain social networking site. If you want yourself only to be updated with what's happening with your friends even if you're far away from him, then you should both join only one social networking site. If you're purpose is to gain new friends from other countries, then any of the two will do. Personally, I use Friendster because it's the hype among my friends. My sole purpose of having them is to keep updated with old friends and reconnect with them from time to time :) They say Facebook has great features, but I'm not really into it ;) So I think it depends on one's purpose.

I haven't used friendster but I have heard about it. The social networking that I do use is Facebook and at first I found it pretty confusing to use but now that I got the hang of it and realized that how popular it was that so many of my friends were already using it or started using it. It really helps keep in touch with family and friends that I don't get to see every day or if they are in a different location than myself. I am sure friendster is also a good service to use but I haven't use it so I would have to go with facebook on this one.

It's true that Facebook is confusing to use in the beginning but once you get used to it, you'll find it great. Yes, Friendster has good services too but it really depends on you what social networking suits you. Thanks for the comment!
