i have a digital camera which is casio, and unfortunately it isn't working now because it has been exposed to a fake smoke. my camera is very important so i've been looking for someone to repair it, but i failed. most of them don't have any materials for casio. most of the repair accepts, sony camera and other camera which is mostly found local. i hope i could find someone to repair it.

maybe its more appropriate for you buy a new one my friend. because i guess with no hardwares to be found for that given digicam, it just means that if you really insist that it could be repaired then you buy all the hardwares outside and means alot of money involved just to make that possible, right? me im planning to buy one. a sony digicam. but maybe on early august. and thanks

you're right, the hardware parts of the camera and the cost of repair seems to be costly. the same as the price of a new camera,.

I would love to have a Canon camera, but my budget is only $100, so I could only afford a Samsung S760. For a budget point-and-shoot, it's great!

no matter how much is the cost of the camera as long as we take care of it, i think that it will last, just take care of it especially the lens of the camera which is the most sensitive part of it. happy mylotting.

Well i don't own a camera. I don't own even a cheap digital camera. I'm curious though and pardon my ignorance but what did you mean when you said that the camera isn't working now because it has been exposed to a fake smoke? Well i guess you can just settle for cheap digicam for now. I think there are camera priced at around 3k to 5k depending on brand and quality of course.

fake smoke as a sort of props during the beauty pageant of our college department. i was taking a picture with one of my student, then suddenly came out a fake smoke just in front of my camera, suddenly it blocks out and didn't work anymore, sad...

I have a mini digital camera I just paid $9.00 for. I can't tell if it's that good or not, though. That's about all I can afford. I'm probably not using it right. Mine is a Vivitar. I hope you find somebody to fix yours, too. Kathy.

that's great, 9 dollar here is equivalent to around 450 pesos. i couldn't find a mini digital camera here just like yours, that's good, you can bring it just anytime because it's handy..

I hadn't thought about being able to take it anywhere to make pictures. I recently got a new cell phone, though, and I can make pictures with it. My internet service provider is with at&t and I called them here lately about getting an anti-virus remover from them. The woman I talked to said that my cell phone was eligible for an upgrade and she said I could get it free of charge for a limited time. I went ahead and got one ane even though I'm still learning how to use it, I'm enjoying it. I've made one picture with it and it's of my horse, lol .Kathy.

I own a Canon. I've been very happy and satisfied with its performance. I've owned a Canon ever since. The one that I am using now, I've had it since 2004.
