the features of the digital camera itself must be slim, and light. the picture quality also need to be good. which model will you intro to me?

A really good digital camera that is inexpensive and light is the Canon PowerShot A470. It's only $80 at Wal-Mart and comes in 4 different accent colors. The camera quality is excellent. It also has excellent video capability, zoom and comes with a memory card. It isn't one of those super slim cameras though but it's still fairly small in comparison to some of the other cameras out there.
