To increase intelligence the function of brain is most important.In human body the size of brain is very small. The weight of brain is only 2 percent of total human
body's weight.Yet 20% of energy of body comes from brain. So it's important to nurse
the brain. To increase the power of brain appropriate food is necessary. The British
researchers found that caffeine the ingredient of coffee prevents aging and sharpen the intelligence of human.In this case one cup of coffee in a day is sufficient.More than one cup of coffee may reverse the affect.The fat of fish,blue berry fruit,chocolate also make strong the tissues of the brain.So to take proper food is very important to increase intelligence.Neuroscience magazine recently published the report
of the research.

Thank you for the information. It is true that our brain can benefit by us eating certain foods. Also known as brain foods or super foods.
There are fun exercises called brain teasers that are great for the brain also.
I have read somewhere that it is great for elderly people to use a computer regularly as it helps keeps them from getting Alzheimer's because they are having to exercise the brain.

I am in total agreement with your statement. It is absolutely important to pamper our brains (says the guy that drinks a gallon of coffee on most days).
I have also found that most humans don't consume near the amount of water that they need daily. This can lead to misfired neurons and brain fatigue.
It is very important to keep your brain fully hydrated by drinking plenty of fluids all day long. And coffee and soda don't count, you should try to drink twice as much water as any other drink.
