Have you ever felt bad or annoyed after being compared to someone? Don't you just hate it when people around you keeps on comparing to someone better than you?? Share your experience and thoughts about this... ^_^ I, myself, have experienced this my whole life and when I say my whole life I'm not exaggerating it one bit. Ever since I was a kid I was always compared to my older sister. Where ever we whether at home or at school people around us always compared me to her and always saying that shes better, smarter, more talented, ect. and im really sick of it! I mean it really sucks having a life being compared to someone who is completely the opposite of you. At home, my mom always say how smart she is and say that why don't i just be like her and be better and the same when we have a family gatherings like how our aunts/uncle compare us AGAIN!. This goes on even at school, and since that my sis is just a year older than me we pretty much have same teachers and the fact that we always have the same school. I just hate it! Especially this one time that I would never forget. It was during my math class and my teacher was the same teacher and adviser of my sis when she was on the same year as I am. Anyway, where having some board exercises at that time and I wasn't able to answer this one question (actually, i hate math...its my worst subject!! well im quite bad at it but i dont suck so much...and in contrary my sis loves math and shes really pretty good at it. She even compete with other schools at that subject). Then since I wasn't able to answer, my teacher got mad and starting yapping there and comparing me to my sis while i was just standing there and the whole class staring at me. Gosh! it was really embarrassing. Then it took a while and she still hasnt stop talking then suddenly I burst into tears cause of that and then I was crying for almost half of the period. I REALLY HATE THAT TEACHER!! then after the class I thought nobody would talk to me again after that humiliating scene but fortunately the opposite thing happened my classmates went to me to comfort me and they think our teacher just went too far. Well that's about it...its quite long already so ill just stop right there..lol Well, my only point there is why do people keep on comparing others. I mean each and everyone of us is different and we all have our weaknesses and strengths it just so happens that others are better but there's nothing you can do about it if she/he is born that way so instead of doing that we should just encourage and help those others to improve on the things they're weak at.
