ICFAI University in India - Good or Bad to do MBA

I am from SriLank. ICFAI is in Sl also now. I am planning on doing MBA there as I like the course materials. I don't have a clear idea about the uni..If u know any information, good or bad, please respond to my discussion. Is it accredited, valid world wide, collabartion. etc.. etc.. about the syllabus standard etc.. etc... All of u , who know about the ICFAI uni, please respond.
