how many of you think that the amber alert should be changed, that once a child goes missing no matter what the circumstances everyone should be aware?! who agrees with the new Tori's Law?

I agree also. Why should anyone have to wait a horrible 24 hours before police decide to do something? I bet a lot of tragedies will be avoided if this takes flight!!

I haven't heard anything about this Tori's Law you speaking about, until..well now, but I think it's a good thing to make it known right away. A child missing is an emergency, no matter any situation. If you don't know where your childs at, in bad or good situations, the fact they aren't with you, means they are in danger.
