I have loved to cook for a while now. I go through phases, where I scoure the internet lookng for new recipes. Lately I have found some really good ones. Macaroni cracker coated pork chops believe it or not are amazing. I also stuck some chicken bouillon cubes in the crock pot with pork chops and beer, and then cooked for 7 hours OH MY GOSH!!! I felt like a gourmet cook. Tonight I made chicken. All I did was thaw the chicken, season it with garlic salt, sprinkle brown sugar on top, and stuck it in the oven for 45 minutes. I never would have thought to combine garlic salt and brown sugar, but it was amazing. My kids loved it too. I have to say, I am fond of allrecipes.com! Do you have any recipes that you have tried just for the heck of it, and pow! you were amazed with yourself?

I don't really know how to cook, but I love collecting recipes. 
I have put together all my collected recipes into a blog. Some of the recipes are indeed amazing while I read through on the preparation method... didn't know this can cook with that... and so on.
