what happen to nomincashout PTC wesite

I could not view nomincashout PTC website today. Anyone know what happen? I had been working hard on the website and i scare that it is a scam. If nomincashout does not pay, that means i had been wasting my time and electricity all the while. I had never cash out from this website before.

I cannot say that this site must be a scam site.
However, according to the scam list I use frequently (and it is true for a few times already), it is a scam.
You may try to find payment proof on the web. Note that must be posted recently.

Don't worry, I have been paid by them a couple of times. I think they are going through an update, sometimes that site goes out. I don't know why but it always comes back on. I was on it this morning. So hopefully it will be back on tomorrow.
