should mylot should include a seperate suggestion area?

many time we came accross to introduce a new feature. but the site had not introduced any seperate sections where we can submit our suggestions. i think they should introduce it , so all the mylotters can submit their votes & views about any new feature that should be include started by another mylotter. this also help to improve this site much better. if the staff likes the new feature they will work on it & can introduce it. what are your opinions pls explain it briefly.
