yoga, keeping fit and healthly, small exercises

So my dear friends how many of you practice yoga? I often do it because it keep me fit and healthy. Do you know at the same time you also appear young despite you have become old. So start practicing it. There is a lot of therapies some example are water, juice, magnet therapy and so on. Trust me dude its quite interesting.

Hey you are right, Yoga is an easy and effective way to look good and keep healthy. Yoga is useful not just for the mind but also the mind. yoga class - yoga
I am also a yogi, I have started doing yoga about 4 years ago and it give good results to me... in getting fit and keeping my body healthy in the same time. I am also thinking of teaching yoga to my bf if ever we started to live together as a couple as he can't do any sports or any strenous exercises as he used to have several surgeries in his body due to some sports accidents from the past. I will just teach him some basic and relaxed position so that he can meditate and also ease out his stress. He is very stressed at the moment and working in a different country.

Yes I do Yoga every day. A 45 minute workout before breakfast. It keeps me young and vigorous. My wife likes it too. I would recommend yoga to everyone.
