skin allergies!!!

I feel your pain. I am not allerigic to chicken but I am to beef. I break out into hives and my throat swells up. I can't eat it at all.

me? no-but i do know someone else with a chicken allergy. they told her it has something to do with the skin and feathers somehow. i guess some of the allergen is retained even when plucked?

If you know "Turnip", take out the skin and fried it without oil until it turn black, then triturate it and put in oil. Apply it on the affected skin 2 to 4 times a day.
